- Brazilian landscape architect Lenny Niemeyer created her eponymous swimwear collection after coming up empty in her search for smart bikinis that carried the allure of a Carioca (a Rio de Janeiro native) - a look that suits her style. She hired a seamstress and started designing the exact swimsuits she wanted for herself, using her previous career to heavily influence the prints and overall aesthetic. Since its inception in the mid 1990s, Lenny has been coveted by countless women the world over.
